\textwidth
tables in LaTeXWhen adding tables in , sometimes it is annoying to adjust the size of various tables, especially so when two tables are back to back but don't have the same width.
I prefer to address this issue by forcing all tables to have \textwidth
, regardless of their contents. A neat way to accomplish this is noted here by making use of the tabular*
environment.
In the same StackExchange answer, I also learned it is possible to include multiple tabular
's (or subtable
) in a single table
environment, which is quite convenient.
